Credentials & approvals
Everything a procurement office needs on one page.
If you are vetting me as a vendor, evaluating an outside investigator, or confirming that a neutral meets your standards, this is the page to send along. Ask for anything that isn’t listed here and I’ll provide it.
Licenses and admissions
- Attorney — admitted to practice in Washington State.
- Licensed private investigator — Washington State.
- AWI-CH — Association of Workplace Investigators credential holder.
- Faculty, AWI Institute — I teach the investigators who do this work.
Public-sector contracting
- Washington State approved vendor — on the state contract for investigation services, so state agencies can engage me without a separate procurement process.
- Insured — professional liability coverage in place; certificate available on request.
- W-9, COI, and references — provided on request for any engagement.
Why the credentials matter for the finding, not just the file.
The legal training is what lets me apply a preponderance standard and write credibility determinations that hold up. The investigator license is what lets me gather and handle evidence properly. The AWI credential is the professional standard the field measures against. Together they are the reason a report of mine can go in front of counsel, an agency, or a judge without falling apart.
